As a Second In Command Pilot, your primary responsibilities include assisting the Captain during all phases of flight, monitoring instruments and controls, and managing radio communications with air traffic control. You may also be tasked with handling specific flight operations such as navigation, systems checks, and checklist management. One common challenge is remaining vigilant and responsive to rapidly changing flight conditions, as well as smoothly coordinating with both the Captain and the rest of the flight crew.
