Job Requirements
To excel in this position, you demonstrate a strong command of advanced software and graphics development, confidently executing tasks with precision and efficiency. You thrive on testing and implementing new software features, ensuring seamless integration with evolving technology. Your ability to follow programming standards independently, while leveraging standard libraries, reflects your attention to detail and commitment to quality. Collaboration is second nature as you work closely with field personnel during programming and deployment phases, and your technical versatility allows you to integrate systems using protocols such as BACnet, Lon, and Modbus. You take pride in sharing your knowledge-coaching, mentoring, and training new and less experienced programmers to help elevate the team as a whole.
Work Experience
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 7 or more years of related field work experience, including 3 or more years directly programming building automation systems.
  • Proficiency in multiple variants of BMS software as well as multiple styles. I.e., function block, and script.
  • A good understanding of how the mechanical equipment the programs and graphics are for, operate alone, and in concert with the larger scale mechanical systems.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of HVAC/construction industry is essential.
  • Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
