Your work at Step Up on Second will center around adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current state license to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or Psychologist (PsyD).
• No disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a teletherapy setting, including proficiency in digital platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature are essential.

• Experience providing clinical services and knowledge of community mental health resources.
• A strong background in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on recovery.
