• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment strategies that cater to each client's unique circumstances and needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving treatment to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
• Maintain consistent communication with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians and other mental health professionals, to create an integrated care plan for each client.
• Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Assist clients in managing medications, emphasizing adherence to prescribed treatment regimens along with monitoring side effects and overall treatment efficacy.
• Document all client interactions and treatment responses in compliance with organizational policies and practices.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and supervision to continuously improve clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

The primary focus of this role will be individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders. As a licensed clinical social worker, you will engage with clients facing complex challenges related to addiction, mental health issues, and family dynamics. The goal is to provide holistic support through empathetic listening, strategic intervention, and advocacy, aimed at achieving long-term recovery and emotional well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical practice.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of one year of experience as an independently licensed therapist, showcasing your capability to manage diverse client needs.

• Experience with substance use disorders, detox protocols, and integrated care approaches.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices to effectively engage clients in a virtual setting.
