Inner Healing Therapy & Wellness, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our compassionate team. • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine the social and emotional needs of patients and their families, facilitating tailored interventions that address these needs.
• Develop comprehensive discharge plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team, ensuring a coordinated approach to each patient's recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and care plans in the electronic medical record system, adhering to all regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Engage in regular professional development through ongoing training and skill enhancement to stay abreast of best practices in social work and therapy.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and credibility, providing empathetic support to patients and their families throughout the recovery process.
• Participate in special projects and related duties that advance the organization’s objectives or enhance service delivery to patients.

The primary client focus is individuals enrolled in our detox programs, who are often facing significant emotional and psychological challenges related to substance use or mental health disorders. Your role will center on providing compassionate care, assisting patients in navigating their treatment plans, and engaging their families in the recovery process. By understanding the unique backgrounds and circumstances of our clients, you will help to build a supportive environment critical to their healing journey.

• The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating proficiency in providing psychosocial support in a healthcare setting.
• Strong ability to provide compassionate and effective patient care, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required to ensure readiness for any medical emergencies that may arise.

While three years of clinical experience is the minimum requirement, candidates with experience in detoxification settings or those who have worked with diverse populations will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and holistic therapy methodologies will also enhance your candidacy.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Employees are eligible for:
