Du entwickelst und steuerst internationale Vertriebsstrategien, führst ein globales Team von Area Sales Managern und positionierst seca nachhaltig an der Schnittstelle von Medizin und Fitness.   • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der globalen Growth- und Vertriebsstrategie

  • Identifikation neuer Markt‑, Kunden‑ und Umsatzpotenziale im internationalen Fitnessmarkt
  • Analyse von Markt‑, Wettbewerbs‑ und Performance‑Daten zur Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen
Führung & Steuerung:
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Area Sales Manager
  • Steuerung der regionalen Vertriebsteams entlang klarer Zielvorgaben und KPIs
  • Coaching, Weiterentwicklung und Performance‑Management der Area Sales Manager
  • Aufbau einheitlicher Sales‑Strukturen, Prozesse und Best Practices über alle Regionen hinweg
Operative Umsetzung & Zusammenarbeit:
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Area Sales Managern bei der Umsetzung globaler Initiativen
  • Unterstützung bei Key Accounts, strategischen Partnerschaften und komplexen Deals
  • Übersetzung strategischer Konzepte in konkrete Sales‑Pläne, Playbooks und Initiativen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Marketing, Produktmanagement, Finance und Operations
Reporting & Stakeholder Management:
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an Geschäftsführung / Management
  • Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Business Cases und Forecasts
  • Sparringspartner für interne Stakeholder auf internationaler Ebene
Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Management o.Ä.) und 2–5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung, z. B. in Strategieberatung, Corporate Strategy, Business Development oder Sales Strategy
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien
