Job description

Title: Financial Reporting Manager Duration: Full-time Location: Houston, TX Pay Rate: 130K-150K Day-to-Day Lead cash flow preparation and analysis. Manage the XBRL process and ensure assignments are completed. Own portions of MD&A. Review assigned 10-Q and 10-K sections. Manage standalone GAAP financial statement compilations Must-Haves Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance. 8+ years of hands-on SEC financial reporting experience. 8+ years of financial analysis experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting. Experience with specific 10-Q/10-K sections, accounting guidance, and formation of disclosures. This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
