The Customer Service Specialist - Floater provides coverage for stores based on staffing needs, such as PTO, vacant positions, or training schedules. This role is the first point of contact for our Stinker customers and acts as a brand ambassador while traveling between various locations within a designated area; with the understanding that schedules may change daily. With their help, guests always feel welcome and leave with pep in their step, all while supporting our retail teams! This role is a seasonal position, offering up to 5 months of employment (may vary based on location needs).

  • Operate kitchen gadgets while following safety expectations- there won't be any missing fingers on our watch!
What You'll Need
  • Excellent communication skills; read and write in English.
  • Ability to learn new concepts and stay organized, maintaining a high level of attention to detail while multitasking and meeting deadlines (there are a lot of moving pieces and skunks headed in every direction!).
  • Solution focused thinking- You get 5 minutes to complain, then we kick tail!
  • In the retail world, one minute it's slow and the next there's a bus full of customers lined up- so time management is a must
