Description:

  • A MuleSoft Architect for Client designs and oversees the enterprise integration strategy that connects their digital ecosystem. This role ensures seamless communication between point-of-sale (POS), seasonal pass systems, eCommerce cart/checkout, and Salesforce.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • API-Led Connectivity: Design scalable System, Process, and Experience APIs to manage POS operations, payment processing, and event booking workflows.
  • Architecture Design: Architect event-driven integrations deployed across CloudHub, Runtime Fabric (RTF), and on-prem environments to ensure high availability.
  • API Governance: Create reusable assets, custom connectors, and global error-handling frameworks to enforce consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • System Security: Implement robust security frameworks (OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS, and API Gateway policies) to protect sensitive transactional data.
  • Team Mentorship: Lead offshore/onshore engineering teams, enforce development best practices, and facilitate Centers for Enablement (C4E) operating models.
  • Qualifications & Technical Skills
  • Experience: 7+ years of hands-on integration architecture experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4).
  • Core Technologies: DataWeave 2.0, RAML 1.0, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, ActiveMQ, and Anypoint MQ.
  • Ecosystems: Strong knowledge of integrating MuleSoft with Salesforce, CRM, and financial/ERP systems.
  • DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, GitHub) and MUnit for automated testing.
  • Certifications: MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA) or Platform Architect (MCPA).
