Wholesale Marketing Senior Specialist

At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for a Wholesale Marketing Senior Specialist to join the Wholesale organization at Stone Island HQ in Milan.

The role acts as a central coordination hub between HQ and Wholesale Partners, overseeing the planning and execution of wholesale marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency while continuous monitoring of digital and e-commerce compliance. The position combines planning and coordination, digital content distribution, monitoring, and reporting activities, with a strong focus on organization, prioritization and cross‑functional alignment.

Main Activities
  • Contribute to the definition, update and execution of the Wholesale Marketing Plan, in alignment with Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Area Managers
  • Coordinate and consolidate wholesale marketing activations by Area, Client and launch calendar
  • Maintain clear visibility priorities, timelines and seasonal peaks
  • Proactively identify and propose marketing activities and commercial initiatives tailored to wholesale clients’ needs and business opportunities.
Project & Stakeholders Coordination
  • Act as the day‑time coordination point for wholesale marketing activations
  • Ensure continuous alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison between wholesale partners and internal teams to ensure correct implementation of agreed projects
  • Manage approvals, follow‑ups and cross‑functional dependencies, especially close to launches
Digital & Content Delivery
  • Coordinate and manage the distribution of digital content to wholesale partners
  • Adapt and customize materials for Top Clients and Strategic Partners, in line with brand guidelines
  • Coordinate pre‑launch communications and timing of content delivery
  • Manage requests for custom materials within defined scope and priorities
Monitoring, Compliance & Web Analysis
  • Monitor wholesale partners’ websites, e‑commerce platforms and digital channels
  • Ensure compliance with brand and visual guidelines, pricing and geo‑pricing policies, markdown and promotional agreements
  • Identify anomalies or non‑compliance cases and activate corrective actions in coordination with internal teams
  • Produce recurring reports (pricing, compliance, digital presence, …)
Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role in luxury wholesale
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and qualitative insights
  • Fluency in English
