Job description

Are you interested in shaping the future of entertainment advertising. Do you want to define how global brands connect with audiences through the world's most talked-about streaming content. As part of the Prime Video Advertising team, you'll get to work on high-impact sponsorship programs that are fast-paced, creatively ambitious, and constantly evolving.

You'll build new sponsorship products from the ground up, manage complex cross-functional partnerships, and drive significant revenue by connecting advertisers with Prime Video's content slate. We'll look for you to bring your strategic thinking, operational rigor, and partnership instincts to make Prime Video Advertising's sponsorship business best-in-class for advertisers and viewers alike. With global opportunities across content, advertising, and technology, you can decide where a career with Prime Video takes you.
Prime Video Advertising is looking for a Senior Brand Partnerships Lead, Multi-Title to own the strategy, development, and go-to-market execution of multi-title sponsorship products

This role is responsible for building and scaling sponsorship packages - including genre-based, seasonal, and event-driven formats - that connect advertisers with curated collections of Prime Video content.
This role sits at the intersection of ad sales and content marketing. You will work closely with Prime Video Marketing, Amazon MGM Studios, and Amazon Ads sales teams to (i) identify multi-title sponsorship opportunities aligned with Prime Video's content and marketing calendar, (ii) strategically package offerings that meet advertiser demand across programming, product, and pricing, (iii) define and manage the cross-functional operating model for sponsorship asset development and campaign execution, and (iv) ensure successful delivery against revenue targets and advertiser expectations.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end strategy for multi-title sponsorship products, developing the annual roadmap by identifying genre and seasonal opportunities that align advertiser demand with Prime Video's content slate
- Own revenue forecasting and planning for multi-title sponsorship products, reporting actuals vs. plan targets and proactively identifying risks with clear mitigation plans
- Develop sponsorship packages with partner teams across content, marketing, creative, and sales - including title selection, creative frameworks, pricing structures, and go-to-market positioning
- Manage the lifecycle of complex multi-title sponsorship deals from concept through execution, coordinating across content selection, asset production, and campaign delivery
- Serve as the primary cross-functional point of contact for multi-title sponsorship execution across marketing, studio, creative, and sales teams
- Align planning timelines across partner teams to ensure sponsorship packages are market-ready and sellable within required lead times
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities across partner teams for asset creation, sponsor integration, and custom content development
- Create scalable, long-term mechanisms for sponsorship operations - including standard operating procedures, workback schedules, and intake workflows - that drive efficiency across the organization
- Partner with sales teams to ensure multi-title products are properly trained, positioned, and supported for client-facing conversations; manage pre-sales materials and post-sale execution tracking
- Advocate multi-title sponsorship strategy and revenue opportunity to senior leadership, preparing materials for leadership reviews and authoring strategic documents
- Mentor and develop team members and cross-functional partners on sponsorship products and processes
