Job description

Summary:
The Guest Services Host provides warm, efficient arrival and departure experiences for all guests, supporting valet, bell, and driveway operations. This role is responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, operating vehicles safely, and ensuring a seamless transition from arrival to departure. The position requires consistent guest engagement, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome all guests entering the property with genuine hospitality and professional communication.
• Provide luggage assistance, room deliveries, amenity deliveries, and storage services.
• Safely and efficiently valet guest vehicles; retrieve vehicles promptly upon request.
• Maintain accurate tracking of valet tickets, vehicle locations, and guest items.
• Assist with transportation needs, directions, resort information, and activity recommendations.
• Keep driveway, bell desk, and storage areas organized, clean, and fully stocked.
• Support shuttle or resort vehicle operations as needed (if eligible/qualified).
• Respond to guest concerns quickly and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.
• Adhere to all safety, driving, and company procedures.
• Perform additional tasks to support the Guest Services team and overall resort operations.
Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move luggage (up to 75 lbs) for extended periods.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Previous valet, bell, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Must be available weekends and holidays during the season.
