PMG SealMaster is an industry leader in pavement preservation products, manufacturing asphalt sealers and maintenance solutions used by contractors, municipalities, airports, and commercial customers across North America. We're looking for a hands-on Production Associate to join our Romulus manufacturing team.
If your background includes batch production, industrial manufacturing, paint or coatings, adhesives, process manufacturing, concrete, asphalt, cement, or similar production environments, you'll likely find this role familiar. - Stage raw materials and support inventory accuracy.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and routine production housekeeping.
- Clean tanks, mixers, transfer equipment, and production areas to maintain safe and efficient operations.
- Support seasonal tank cleanouts, including confined-space work using appropriate PPE and pneumatic chipping tools to safely remove hardened material buildup.
- Work safely around industrial equipment while following all company safety procedures, including respirator, PPE, hot work, and confined-space requirements.
