Job description

The Cleveland Racquet Club is a sports facility offering programs in tennis, squash, paddle, fitness, and aquatics. Our club is currently seeking a Seasonal Snack Bar Manager that enjoys working in the hospitality industry. We are looking for an energetic and motivated person to create a welcoming and friendly enviornment for our members.

Our Club mission is to create a vibrant culture by delivering:

  • Facilities that are clean, neat, and maintained
  • Programs that are well executed
  • First class amenities
  • CRC associates that are professional and welcoming

Job Responsibilities:

Act as the manager in charge of the seasonal snack bar staff

Ensure great customer service to members

Ensure that the area is neat, clean and set prior to opening, during service and at the end of the day

Provide a welcome and friendlty atmosphere among staff and members

Handle issues that arise with the members

Learn the point of sale system

Assist the staff in the sale of alcoholic beverages

Make recommendations to the Food and Beverage Manager based on observations.
