Job description

We are currently looking for seasonal help for the fall months in our Jessup, PA Warehouse. Ideally a local college student interested in supply and logistics. We are willing to work around your semester schedule for the fall but need someone 20-24 hours a week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pulls and packs products to fulfill customer orders and ensures they have the right items and that nothing is damaged or missing from the order before it ships out.
  • Light assembly of product kits
  • Stenciling traffic cones
  • Unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
  • Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to list at least 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, reach constantly
  • Forklift certification required. (If expired we will recert)
  • Reliable
  • A strong sense of urgency and time organization is must
  • The ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
