Job description

Role: Salesforce Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC / Addison, TX (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Visa Type: USC / GC Only

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ 7–12 years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience

✔ Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript

✔ Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling

✔ Hands-on experience with Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Visual Studio Code (VS Code), and Developer Console

✔ Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs

✔ Strong knowledge of Flow Builder, Process Automation, Workflows, and Salesforce business process automation

✔ Experience developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components

✔ Experience customizing standard and custom objects, validation rules, business logic, workflows, and approval processes

✔ Strong understanding of Salesforce Security including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules

✔ Experience designing, optimizing, and maintaining Salesforce data models and application architecture

✔ Hands-on experience with Git, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies

✔ Experience with Data Loader for data migration, import/export, and data management

✔ Strong experience performing code reviews, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support

✔ Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
