Job description

Littleton/Franconia KOA is now accepting applications for Workampers for the 2026 camping season! Join our friendly team in the heat of New Hampshire's beautiful White Mountains, just minutes from Franconia Notch, hiking, scenic drives, local shops, and charming small-town life.
We are seeking dependable, positive, and team-oriented individuals or couples for the following positions.
  • Maintenance/Grounds - site upkeep and landscaping, light repairs and basic handyman tasks, cleaning fire pits, picnic tables and facilities, assisting with general property maintenance and helping with small projects as needed.
  • Housekeeping - cleaning cabins, restrooms, laundry facilities and common areas, changing linens and restocking supplies, and ensuring KOA standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

Compensation includes competitive pay for all hours worked, a free or discounted RV site, and accrued PTO. Positions will go through October of 2026. Come be part of our KOA family for an unforgettable 2026 season!
Requirements
  • Must pass background check
  • Housekepeing & Maintenance positions require a valid driver license
  • Strong customer service skills with every guest interaction
  • Previous departmental experience strongly preferred
  • Housekeeping & Maintenance require candidates to be able to bend, lift and squat
