This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a highly organized and communicative Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to join their team on a full-time, fully remote basis. Our client is a prominent player in the landscaping industry, recognized for their significant growth and commitment to quality service in recent years.
Section: Job Description Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact, receiving and processing service requests from both new and existing clients through various channels.
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate landscaping and mowing services, strategically assigning field teams according to geographic location and availability.
- Meticulously manage and update the master service calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure timely job completion.
- Proactively communicate with clients and field personnel, sending service confirmations and reminders.
- Monitor the status of all active jobs, tracking completions and promptly addressing any delays or necessary rescheduling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer support, scheduling, or administrative role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Demonstrated capability in calendar management and task coordination.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Practical familiarity with standard scheduling or CRM platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Excel, or similar software).
- Previous experience within a service-oriented business, such as landscaping, home services, or a similar field, is a strong advantage.
