Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients, working closely with families to ensure comprehensive understanding and support.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions and family counseling, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Efficiently manage billing documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with specified timelines.
  • Develop and implement crisis plans and safety interventions as required, alongside relapse prevention and wellness strategies to maintain stable functioning for clients.
  • Create structured discharge plans that reflect the ongoing needs of clients after they transition out of therapy.
  • Adhere to all relevant federal and state mental health regulations, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of practice.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and competencies.
  • Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to support interdisciplinary collaboration and decision-making.
  • Maintain all licensure and mandatory training requirements current and within compliance.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that meets licensure requirements.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Arizona is a must.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in outpatient settings.
  • Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to facilitate efficient documentation and billing processes.
Compensation and Benefits
