From disaster zones and university campuses to stadium kitchens and basecamps, we ensure our clients remain operational—no matter the conditions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Commercial Kitchen Equipment & Refrigeration Repair Technician with prior experience diagnosing and repairing commercial kitchen systems. This hands-on role requires a technician who can work independently in the field, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and document all repairs with precision.

Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of using structured work order systems to track service tasks and parts usage. Overtime is regularly available, especially during high-demand deployments and seasonal response efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, service, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., convection ovens, fryers, steamers, dishwashers) and refrigeration systems (e.g., walk-in coolers, reefer trucks, portable freezers).
  • Conduct on-site assessments, identify issues, and perform corrective action with minimal supervision.
  • Use a structured work order system to document all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring full traceability.
  • Track parts used, time spent, and recommendations for follow-up or preventative service.
  • Support equipment setup and breakdown during temporary kitchen or refrigeration deployments.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all service operations.
  • Travel as needed to support deployments, including availability for overtime and emergency response.
