Job description

Property Operations and Maintenance Coordinator -Park City

Protect Exceptional Homes. Lead by Example. Build a Career.

Location: Park City, UT

PMI Mountain Collection is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Property Operations & Maintenance Coordinator to join our Park City vacation rental team.

This is NOT a desk-only position and it is NOT a traditional maintenance job.

We need someone who loves being in the field, solving problems, keeping properties guest-ready, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You’ll help oversee the day-to-day physical readiness and care of our vacation rental homes, including:

  • Respond to guest and property maintenance needs
  • Troubleshoot and complete basic handyman repairs
  • Perform property inspections and quality-control checks
  • Coordinate vendors and specialized repairs
  • Track maintenance requests from start to finish
  • Follow up to ensure every issue is actually completed
  • Assist with preventative maintenance
  • Help manage seasonal property projects
  • Check locks, access systems, batteries, filters and property equipment
  • Assist with inventory and property readiness
  • Document completed work with photos and detailed notes
  • Communicate clearly with the operations team
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep our homes operating at a 5-star level

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The right person is:

  • Extremely organized
  • Dependable and accountable
  • Great at following through
  • Comfortable using technology and task-management systems
  • Handy and able to troubleshoot common household issues
  • Able to prioritize when several things happen at once
  • Proactive — you notice problems before someone has to point them out
  • Detail-oriented
  • Comfortable communicating with guests, homeowners, vendors and teammates
  • Calm under pressure
  • Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be reminded repeatedly

Vacation rental, hospitality, property management, construction, maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience is a plus.

THIS JOB IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF...

You struggle to stay organized, regularly forget tasks, need constant reminders, dislike documenting your work, or tend to leave projects 90% finished.

We need someone who believes done means DONE.

WHY PMI MOUNTAIN COLLECTION?

We're a growing Park City property management company with a strong team and high standards. We believe in promoting from within and giving great people opportunities to grow with us.

This position has the opportunity to grow into a larger operations or maintenance leadership role for the right person.

Full-Time | Park City, Utah
Pay: $25–$30/hour DOE
Benefits available, including paid time off and health benefits.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

If you're a problem solver who loves organization, property care, and getting things DONE, we'd love to meet you.

Apply with your resume and a short note telling us why you'd be a great fit for PMI Mountain Collection.
