Position Summary

District Photo is seeking energetic and dependable Seasonal HR Recruiters to support our Human Resources teams during our busiest hiring season.


This is a fast-paced, hands-on recruiting position focused on helping us quickly identify, contact, screen, schedule, and hire seasonal employees for our manufacturing operations. During peak hiring periods, priorities can change quickly and recruiters may be managing a large number of candidates at the same time.


The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable talking with people, able to work with a sense of urgency, and committed to completing the seasonal assignment.


Essential Responsibilities
  • Contact applicants by phone, text, and email.
  • Conduct initial candidate phone screens.
  • Schedule candidates for interviews and hiring events.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Help maintain candidate lists, recruiting trackers, and hiring records.
  • Assist with high-volume seasonal recruiting campaigns and hiring events.
  • Communicate job expectations, schedules, and next steps clearly to applicants.
  • Partner closely with the HR team and production leadership to meet rapidly changing staffing needs.
  • Assist candidates with applications and pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and applicant information.
  • Provide additional HR and administrative support during peak season as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and speaking with new people.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort working with email, Microsoft Office, and online systems.
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a busy HR team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed.
  • Previous recruiting, HR, customer service, administrative, staffing, or call-center experience is helpful but not required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Peak-Season Commitment

Reliability is extremely important for this position. Candidates should be able to commit to working throughout the seasonal assignment and be prepared for approximately 40-50 hours per week based on business and hiring needs.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, working with people, solving problems, and getting things done.
