Seasonal Pos System Sales Jobs (NOW HIRING)

This role combines hands-on troubleshooting, customer interaction, and remote technical support to help ensure critical business systems remain operational and performing at their best.

As a Technical Support Technician, you will provide phone, email, and remote support for a broad range of technologies, including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, scoring applications, Windows servers, workstations, tablets, self-service kiosks, cloud-based platforms, and network-connected devices. You will work directly with customers to diagnose issues, resolve technical problems, and deliver an exceptional support experience.

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools
• Support POS systems, Windows servers/workstations, peripherals, and network-connected devices
• Assist customers with application functionality, system configuration, and operational issues
• Document support cases and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate while maintaining ownership of the customer experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Muskegon, MI.

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $55000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
