Job Description
The Broken Arrow Police Department is currently seeking to increase its number of C.L.E.E.T. certified police reserve officers. Applicants would undergo a multi-step hiring process similar to the one in place for full-time officers. The hiring process will include:
  • Physical agility/obstacle course
  • Written exam
  • Panel interview
  • Chief interview
  • Background investigation
  • Polygraph examination
  • Standardized law enforcement psychological testing (MMPI)

Appointees will have uniforms, firearms, and other duty equipment issued. Successful candidates will complete a training regime with a Field Training Officer prior to being eligible for assignment.
The Broken Arrow Police Reserves perform a wide variety of duties for the City of Broken Arrow and the Broken Arrow Police Department.
The Broken Arrow Police Department serves a community of 120,000 people in both Tulsa County and Wagoner County.
