Job description

Who We Are

We’re a water-conservation-focused irrigation company serving Douglas County’s residential and commercial clients. We’re hiring one Irrigation Field Technician for the May–October season to work alongside our Lead Technician. Prior irrigation experience is a plus — but if you’re mechanically inclined and coachable, we’ll train you on everything else.

What you’ll do

Perform system startups, mid-season checks, repairs, winterizations, new system installations, and efficiency upgrades. Work alongside the Lead Technician and deliver a System Evaluation Score (SES) — a documented walkthrough of system health — to homeowners at each visit.

What we offer

  • $21–$23/hr base pay
  • $500 bonus at the end of the season
  • Company tablet provided
  • Direct Primary Care membership through Pinnacle Advanced Primary Care (this is a primary care membership, not traditional health insurance)
  • Profit-sharing plan — eligible after your first full season
  • $1,000 retention bonus paid the following May for returning technicians
  • Clear growth path — as the business grows, so does the opportunity. Lead Technician is the natural next step for strong performers

What we’re looking for

  • Valid Colorado driver’s license with clean record
  • Mechanically inclined — comfortable with tools and hands-on work
  • Irrigation, landscape, or plumbing experience preferred, not required
  • Comfortable interacting with homeowners in a professional, friendly way
  • Coachable and process-oriented — you follow a system and improve within it
  • Reliable, on time, and takes pride in the quality of your work

Pay range: $21.00–$23.00/hr. Final rate determined by experience and qualifications.

Seasonal position: May–October, approximately 40 hours/week. EOE. Conserva Irrigation of Colorado – Douglas County is an equal opportunity employer.

Benefits:

  • Opportunities for advancement
