What You'll Do
With our hands-on training program, you'll learn to restore vehicles to MARS quality standards by:

• Washing and drying vehicles
• Vacuuming and cleaning interiors
• Shampooing carpets and upholstery
• Steam cleaning interior surfaces
• Removing stains, odors, and pet hair
• Cleaning wheels, tires, wheel wells, and engine compartments
• Applying interior and exterior protectants
• Performing quality inspections before vehicles are returned to customers
• Following detailed step-by-step procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality workmanship
• Assisting with other shop projects as needed

As you grow with the company, you may also have opportunities to learn specialized services such as:

• Paint correction
• Headlight restoration
• Paint touch-up
• Scratch repair
• Additional automotive appearance services

Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position that requires:

• Standing for most of the workday
• Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching
• Repetitive use of hands and arms
• Lifting and moving detailing equipment and supplies
• Working in both indoor and outdoor conditions throughout the year

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently after training
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Previous automotive or detailing experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train the right person.
