Job description

Summary of Position

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the daily functions of our marketing team. This position plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives, managing in-store promotional events, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, optimizing retail operations, and enriching the company’s marketing team.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  2. Plan and execute in-store events aimed at increasing sales, such as Collector’s events, Super Saturdays, Brand Ambassador activations, and others
  3. Leverage Storeforce to schedule and plan store events in the At-a-Glance section, ensuring timely updates and the creation of comprehensive post-mortem reports
  4. Manage and analyze event budgets and performance results, identifying areas for improvement and maximizing ROI
  5. Assist in managing external partners and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of marketing projects
  6. Coordinate with the Marketing and Graphic Design team to develop and distribute weekly Mega Merch Guidelines, and update the Storeforce Communications section accordingly
  7. Track and manage marketing materials inventory, including flyers, visuals, and supplies; handle shipment and tracking of assets to stores and receiving of POs and materials.
  8. Maintain and manage the Brandtrack Music account to ensure seasonal music updates are implemented across stores
  9. Support store teams by troubleshooting Crown TV issues and ensuring all digital screens are displaying correct and updated content
  10. Handle the packing and shipping marketing materials.
  11. Prepare marketing materials, reports, and presentations as needed
  12. Perform other related duties as assigned by corporate.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Familiarity with tools such as Storeforce, Navision, and Crown TV is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility in the work schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance being essential.
