Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • The Seasonal Equipment Operator supports Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and uses various types of forklifts, stock pickers, reach trucks, cranes, turrets, etc. to relocate merchandise to and from our docks to racks. We have opportunities available on both first and third shifts. You will report to an Operations Supervisor.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, OH fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Carry out daily functions assigned, including, but not limited to, safe operation of equipment, stock replenishment, case and pallet put-away, cycle counting, and location verification
  • Inspect and properly maintain PIT equipment, adhering to all guidelines and rules of operation
  • Support all CSI philosophies in promoting a positive work environment
  • Work with other departments to ensure accuracy and to uphold the distribution center requirements of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Operate RF device for all department functions
  • All other duties as directed by CSI Management

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ months of experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment
  • Willing to be trained on the operation of a powered industrial truck (PIT) to include any of the following: walkie rider, stand-up forklift, stock picker, crane, or turret truck.
  • This position requires walking, standing, reaching, and lifting an average of 50 lbs.
  • You will work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends when needed
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment and meet the performance standards of the position
