At KARM Stores, every item you process helps fund life-restoring services for men, women, and children across East Tennessee. During the Christmas season, our stores experience increased donation volume and customer activity, and our seasonal team plays a vital role in helping us serve our community well.
If you’re looking for meaningful seasonal work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, KARM Stores is hiring Christmas Seasonal Team Members to support store operations now through January 2.

Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available, including holiday and peak-season schedules as needed
Position Summary
The Christmas Seasonal Team Member helps support store and processing operations during KARM Stores’ busiest season of the year. This role may assist with receiving donations, sorting merchandise, preparing items for the sales floor, keeping work areas organized, supporting inventory movement, and helping create a positive experience for donors, shoppers, and team members.
Seasonal team members may be placed in processing, sales floor, donation receiving, or other support areas based on store needs.

This role is performed in a warehouse environment and will involve standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
