Summary Statement

The Department of Transportation Maintenance and Operations is looking for people to\r\nhelp with snow and ice removal for the 2026/2027 winter season. Positions available are Non-CDL\r\nEquipment Operator (operation of trucks, under 26,000 GVWR, for clearing roads, loaders for\r\nmaterial supply, etc.) and CDL Equipment Operator. Employees must have a valid CDL and medical card\r\nwith expiration date of March 31, 2027, or later when applying for the CDL Equipment Operator.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENT for Equipment Operator/CDL Equipment Operator\r\n1. Must be 18 years of age or older.\r\n2. Possession of a valid driver's license (not suspended, revoked or cancelled, or disqualified from driving).\r\n3. Knowledge of experience with snow and ice control.\r\n\r\n
