Job description

ASSISTANT CROSS COUNTRY COACH

Highland Community College is accepting applications for an Assistant Cross Country Coach. This assistant coach supports the daily operations of both mens and womens cross-country programs. Primary responsibilities include assisting with practices and attending meets, recruiting local and regional student athletes, and ensure the program is in compliance with NJCAA rules and regulations. Other duties include monitoring student athletes academic progress, assist with team travel logistics, and assist with facility and equipment maintenance.

Eligible applicants are required to possess a valid drivers license.

Compensation for the part-time seasonal position is $5,500.
