Highlighted Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Helper, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers’ belongings are handled safely and that every move runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem solving, and being part of a supportive team.


In this role, you will:

  • Assist the moving crew with safely loading and unloading household or commercial items onto trucks
  • Wrap, protect, and carefully handle furniture, boxes, and fragile belongings to prevent damage
  • Help pack and unpack items, ensuring proper protection and organization for transport
  • Disassemble and reassemble furniture when necessary to ensure safe transportation
  • Follow instructions from Dispatch and your Crew Lead to support efficient transportation logistics
  • Provide professional customer service, interacting respectfully with clients and ensuring a positive moving experience


Requirements:

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to lift heavy items (50lbs independently, 75lbs+ in team lift) and perform physical work for extended periods
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
  • REAL-ID is a plus!
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure belongings are protected and accounted for
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
