Job description

Description BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Various maintenance tasks on Golf facilities including mowing, weed whipping, maintenance of landscape beds, special event setup and operation, painting, trash pickup, and cleaning of buildings and sites. May extend work through winter months for snow removal. Work involves working outside in all weather conditions.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE: Mowing, landscaping, building/site maintenance or golf. EDUCATION: High School graduate or equivalent. SPECIAL SKILLS & TRAINING: Experience in building, athletic field, golf course maintenance preferred.

Must be 18 years old. Must have a valid Michigan Driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to communicate effectively and establish good working relationships with the public and other employees.

Must be able to understand and follow oral instructions. Pesticide license is desired but not required. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
