Shell Bay, located in Hallandale, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Landscaper! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fastpaced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding to maintain the golf course's appearance.
  • Assist with irrigation setup and maintenance to ensure optimal grass and plant health.
  • Help maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe, working order.
  • Collaborate with the groundskeeping team to execute landscaping projects and seasonal changes.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or related field.
  • Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and practices.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
