The Art Director will guide the look and feel of photo and video productions, including styling direction, lighting, composition, talent direction, location storytelling, and overall visual tone. • Partner with the Creative Director to shape visual direction for photography and video content.
  • Direct photographers, stylists, models, hair and makeup artists, and production crews on set.
  • Ensure styling, wardrobe, props, location, lighting, and composition align with brand standards and seasonal concepts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, e‑commerce, and production teams to understand product priorities and business needs.
  • Review and select final imagery, partnering with retouching and post‑production teams to ensure creative intent is maintained.
  • Manage shifting priorities, shoot timelines, and location variables while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence.
  • 5–7 years of experience in photo art direction, creative production, or related roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing on‑figure, lifestyle, location, and product photography direction.
  • Strong visual eye and expertise in lighting, composition, styling, talent direction, and visual storytelling.
  • Proven ability to lead on‑set productions and translate creative concepts into polished, brand‑aligned imagery.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of post‑production workflows, retouching standards, digital asset management, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite.

The pay range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000.
