Job Description
Major Responsibilities
  • The statistician tracks and records official game statistics in real time.
  • Works closely with athletics staff to ensure accuracy and timely reporting of game data.
  • Collects, verifies, and reports player and team statistics while collaborating with coaches, officials, and game operations staff to ensure accuracy.
  • Supports the smooth execution of game-day operations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the desire and ability to learn in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry.
  • They will possess strong oral and written communication and leadership skills, excellent organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • The candidate must be diligent, willing to take initiative, and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
  • They should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The position also requires the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • The candidate is expected to act within the parameters of institutional control and is responsible for conducting all activities in compliance with NCAA, Patriot League, and College of the Holy Cross rules and regulations.

This is a part time, on-call seasonal position. The hourly rate for this position is $15.25
