Job description

Gig Delivery Driver

This is a franchise position. Earn up to $22-30 per hour or more, including hourly wage, tips, and delivery reimbursement - Gig, Temporary, Seasonal.

Note: The position will be open as of December 26th. Now hiring!

No scheduled work, pick up suitable delivery shifts at your discretion using our mobile app. The Gig Delivery Driver checks all products for accuracy against quality standards and delivers products to guests in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while working as part of a team. Comply with Papa John's uniform, appearance, attendance, and operations standards such as driving standards as defined by Rose City Pizza and in alignment with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.

Gig Work Flexibility

The Gig Delivery Driver does not have weekly scheduled shifts. Gig Delivery Drivers use a mobile app to see delivery shifts at nearby locations and pick those they like. Each opportunity shows the estimated earning potential for that shift, the duration of the shift along with the location.

Responsibilities

Perform duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation, checking orders for quality and accuracy, following proper delivery procedures, providing quality guest service through positive and professional interaction with guests, and acting with a sense of urgency. Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun. Occasionally perform light side tasks such as folding boxes between deliveries.

Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions using proper cash management procedures. Protect the company's assets by maintaining organized, safe, and clean work areas, and always comply with safety and security standards.
