Pacific Delivery and Logistics, LLC an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) is searching for motivated individuals, looking for a new opportunity as a delivery driver. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Join a team that values your hard work!

Job Description

This position is based out of DWA5 in Maple Valley, WA. We proudly serve the Issaquah, Newcastle, Sammamish, Redmond, Woodinville, Duvall, Carnation and Monroe areas. We do not deliver to downtown Bellevue or anywhere in the City of Seattle.

Compensation:

  • $25.25 starting hourly pay.
  • Up to $1,245.00 per week* includes Base Pay + Overtime Opportunities + Bonuses
     

Pacific Delivery and Logistics provides Performance Reviews with pay increases. Performance reviews focus on Pace, Attendance, Quality, and Safety.


These include:

  • 90-day performance review and opportunity to move from $25.25 to $25.50 per hour.
  • 6-month performance review with a max promotion to $26.00 per hour.
  • 12-month performance review with a max promotion to $26.50 per hour.

Delivery Driver Start Time:

  • Start time 9:30am - shifts range between 8-10 hours per day.
  • Shifts are available 7 days per week.
  • Full time work week is 4 days with 3 days off a week.
  • Part time work is 3 days per week.
  • Weekends preferred.

Equipment Provided for Delivery Drivers:

  • Amazon-branded vehicle provided, Non-CDL
  • Delivery vehicle, gas and insurance

  • Safety shoes after completion of driver training

What You'll Do: As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, delivering 150-300 packages per day. You will be a delivery driver hero in the neighborhoods you serve, interacting with customers and the public in a positive and professional manner!

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
  • Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
  • Load and unload packages to be delivered

Qualifications

Requirements to be a Delivery Driver:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid Driver's License issued in the United States
  • Must be willing to undergo a 4 Panel (no THC) drug screen
  • Must possess the ability to comfortably drive a large cargo delivery van
  • Must be physically fit to lift and deliver packages up to 50 pounds
