Job description

How often have you had an opportunity to be part of a team that is tasked with solving a huge business problem through disruptive, innovative technology. If you want to join a fast-paced, innovative team that is making history, reinventing an industry and breaking new ground for Amazon, this is the place for you!
Global Fleet org is expanding and introducing new capabilities to our Fleet Management business that supports all Middle Mile assets (tractors, trailers, box trucks, hostlers). In this role you will deliver world class solutions while wearing many hats and working in a highly collaborative environment that is more startup than big company.

This role will require strong leadership skills, ability to identify trends with limited data and interaction/influence with teams across Amazon to drive the development of our maintenance business.
This Program Manager will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap and driving program execution of our Fleet Management business. This will be achieved through deep supply chain understanding, working backwards from external partner requirements, and internal alignment with cross-functional business stakeholders. The role involves day-to-day interaction with external fleet management partners who operate and maintain Amazon's transportation assets, understanding their operational needs and converting them into efficient business models

You'll serve as the primary relationship manager for these strategic partnerships while coordinating with multiple internal Amazon teams to meet both short-term and long-term business objectives. This position is a multi-faceted role requiring the ability to balance strategy and execution while maintaining strong external partner relationships.

Key job responsibilities
Define program vision and roadmaps including short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategic timelines and phases.

Identify key performance metrics and create reporting frameworks that enable effective program management and scaling.
Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams to resolve partner issues and deliver seamless program execution.
Standardize and optimize program processes to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
Serve as primary relationship manager for external fleet management partners, ensuring high satisfaction and proactive communication.
