Mover / Box Truck Driver

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MOVER / BOX TRUCK DRIVER

As a Mover / Box Truck Driver, you are responsible for completing household moves in a timely manner for our clients. With our team, you provide a world-class customer service experience by greeting customers upon arrival, preparing items to be moved, loading or unloading trucks, and carefully handling each item. You coordinate with job site leads to ensure efficiency. In the driving position, you carefully transport items to the new site. Some of your other duties include inspecting trucks, performing inventory, collecting payments, and accurately completing paperwork. You feel good about helping our customers and enjoy working with such a fun and supportive team!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MOVER / BOX TRUCK DRIVER

  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs
  • A reliable cell phone to call customers

Previous experience as a laborer, construction worker, handyman, or warehouse worker is a plus. Can you work independently as well as with a team? Do you have a "never give up" attitude? Can you exhibit a good work ethic and professionalism? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time driving position typically works 7 - 9 hour shifts depending on the size of the job. The schedule typically begins at 7:15 am and goes until about 4:00 pm. We are open 7 days a week.
