Job Summary:

What You'll Do:
This position is responsible for delivering and picking up product in a timely and efficient manner. This position is also responsible for working in the yard/warehouse when not on deliveries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Safely and accurately deliver customer deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service when on job sites and within warehouses.
  • Follow all safety procedures to completely secure all loads being transported.
  • Wrap customer orders to ensure load security when necessary.
  • Verify loads are accurate before leaving the site.
  • Record and complete well documented paperwork of deliveries.
  • Keep vehicles in clean, good working condition. Report any repairs or maintenance needed to management by filling out a daily Inspection Report.
  • Assist with yard / warehouse tasks as necessary.
  • Assist with keeping the yard / warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
  • Complete all other assigned tasks given by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • One to two years related experience delivering in the construction supply business preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written. Read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be able to understand packing lists and delivery tickets.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Must have a valid state issued Driver's License.
  • Must have valid MN State DOT Health Card.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
