Job Description

We are currently searching for a Seasonal Data Entry Specialist to work on-site at our Carson headquarters within our Customer Relations division. Successful candidates will have exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to provide above-and-beyond customer service. We will train you thoroughly in data entry, from written customer orders to taking telephone orders. Pay depends on your skills and experience. There is growth potential within the department, as well as within the company. We are constantly striving to add to our already impressive team! 

A day on the job looks like this:

• Take telephone orders from customers
• Perform data entry from written customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

Qualifications

Got the skills and experience? Here's what we're looking for:

• Ability to type at least 50 wpm
• Great phone etiquette
• High call volume experience a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly
• Availability to work full-time, 6 am-6 pm, or be "flexible" within those hours

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $18.05-$20 depending on relevant experience & skillset.

This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
