JCPenney Logistics and Fulfillment has a great seasonal opportunity for you! Seasonal employment is expected to span from 90 to 120 days and intended to provide additional support during our Peak Season.
The Seasonal General Warehouse 2 position is responsible for scanning and accurately loading cartons and totes on pallets, which are prepared for shipment to JCP stores locations.
Position Function:

  • Manual and clerical inventory support in processing cartons
Primary Responsibilities:
    \t
  1. Checks and inspects cartons to reflect accurate quantity and condition for further processing.
    2. \t
  2. Prepares cartons for processing by: \t

    1. Locating, preparing and affixing appropriate labels.
      2. \t\t
    2. Packing, labeling and scanning cartons, as required.
      3. \t\t
    3. Sorting and routing cartons.
      4. \t\t
    4. Entering appropriate information in inventory systems as required.

    5. Loading, unloading, picking as required.

  3. Prepares merchandise for distribution, including: \t
