Job description

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our crew! If you love working with your hands, enjoy creating high-quality embroidered items, and take pride in doing things right the first time, we’d love to meet you.  No experience necessary - we have you covered with paid training!  This is a 1st shift working Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm.  

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Run and set up embroidery machines using the right threads, materials, and designs.

  • Read work orders and design specs to make sure each product turns out just right.

  • Keep the machines running smoothly with regular cleaning, oiling, and minor fixes.

  • Watch for any issues during production and make quick adjustments when needed.

  • Swap out needles, thread machines, and fine-tune settings for different fabrics and designs.

  • Check finished pieces to make sure they meet our quality standards — and tweak if needed.

  • Keep your workspace neat and organized, with tools and materials stored properly.

  • Follow safety guidelines to help keep everyone safe.
