This role involves maneuvering the equipment safely around orchards, reaching high branches to collect fruit efficiently, and sometimes assisting with maintenance of the machinery. Operators must follow safety protocols, ensure cherries are picked without damage, and may also help with sorting or transporting the harvested fruit. The job is typically temporary, aligning with the cherry harvest period, and requires physical stamina and attention to detail.
