Position eligible for 48 GHHospital: HCA Centerpoint Medical CenterLocation: Independence, MissouriAddress: 19600 E. 39th StreetUnit: Progressive Care UnitBuilding: Main Hospital General InformationUnit Specifics:• Number of Beds: 36• Patient Ratios: 1:3 AM, 1:4 AM or 1:4 PM, 1:5PM (with patient care techs)• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): Typically, total RN based care with no techs unless stretched. Secretaries are scheduled 7am-7pm in the PCU and are available for a number of resources.• Type of equipment: BiPAP, Heated High-Flow Nasal Cannulas, Alaris IV pumps, Kangaroo Feeding Pumps• Documentation system: Meditech• Scheduling requirements: FT Staff: 36 hours/week with every 3rd weekend rotation, PT staff: 48 hours/week with every 3rd weekend rotation, PRN 1 Staff: 3 shifts in a 4-week period with 1 weekend shift requirement, PRN 2 Staff: 6 shifts in a 4-week period with 3 weekend shift requirements.
