What is a seasonal assistant?

Seasonal Assistants are temporary employees hired to support organizations during peak periods of activity, such as holidays, summer months, or specific events. Their responsibilities can vary widely depending on the industry, but typically include tasks like customer service, stocking, administrative support, or event assistance. These roles are ideal for people seeking short-term work, students on break, or those looking to gain experience in a particular field. Seasonal Assistants play a crucial role in helping businesses manage increased workloads and maintain smooth operations during busy times.

What are the typical responsibilities and challenges of a seasonal assistant during peak periods?
