Pay: $32.00 to $38.00 per hour

What You'll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling systems while providing homeowners with honest recommendations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
  • Diagnose residential HVAC system issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Repair and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal system inspections.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, combustion, and control system issues.
  • Explain repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners.
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, and complete job documentation using ServiceTitan.
  • Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
  • Follow all manufacturer specifications, company procedures, and safety standards.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation, if eligible.

Qualifications
Required
  • Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience.
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience servicing furnaces, central air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.
  • Comfortable working independently in customers' homes, accurately diagnosing HVAC issues, and participating in an on-call rotation.

Preferred
  • Experience with boilers or hydronic heating systems.
  • Previous plumbing or gas fitting experience.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, or similar field service software.
  • NATE Certification.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
