We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy to join our interdisciplinary team at AdviniaCare Seashore Pointe. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their highest level of physical, emotional, and cognitive function. You will work closely with our rehabilitation team to design and implement personalized treatment plans that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals

  • Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care
