PROJECT SEARCH STUDENT

Job Description:

Exemplifies the values of New England Baptist Hospital and the Rose Philosophy

Stocking and cleaning of Precaution Carts

Performs equipment and Wheel Chair Cleaning

Cleans entrances, lobbies and waiting areas daily according to hospital and department standards.Vacuums carpets according to department standards

Cleans corridors and ancillary areas according to hospital and department standards

Utilizes proper sanitation and infection control techniques in preparation, service and storage of food

Exhibits knowledge and safety when using a variety of kitchen utensils

Assists in the preparation of meal items, vegetables, salads, sandwiches, etc. ensuring an acceptable product which meets all established criteria for appearance, flavor, color, texture and aroma

Sort all mail and file according to department

Responsible for flower, fruit basket and package delivery for patients and Hospital employees.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $25.00

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
